It manufactures pharmaceuticals and food supplements across gastro, anti-infective, pain, respiratory, antimalarial, and nutritional categories — running 5 product lines with a combined capacity of over 1 million units.

Skims Pharma's facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and meets both WHO ML3 and EU GMP manufacturing standards, with additional GMP certification from Kenya's Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
