A single owned facility ties a company's entire supply to one country's infrastructure, one regulatory environment, one point of failure. Manufacturing partnerships across Pakistan, China, South East Asia, and Africa mean our ability to deliver quality healthcare doesn't depend on any one of those holding steady on its own. If one region faces a disruption, the group isn't stranded.
Each partnership is chosen for what it specifically brings to the group — production scale, ingredient supply, regional market access, cost efficiency — and each is held to the same standard of quality and patient care, regardless of where it sits on the map. Our flagship brand, Skims Pharma, has run to that standard from Pakistan since 2013; the same bar applies as the network grows.
This is also why we think in terms of a portfolio of brands rather than a single company name. Skims Pharma is the first and, today, flagship brand in that portfolio — but the group's purpose was never to be one factory with an export desk. It was to build a network resilient and broad enough that quality healthcare reaches patients reliably, wherever they are.
