Mustafa Javed
Managing Director
Mustafa Javed, in addition to his responsibilities as a CEO, is also responsible for the manufacturing and supply chain divisions at Skims Pharmaceutical. With previous experience in leadership roles, Mustafa Javed is also currently a Director Operations at Barkat Flour Mills Pvt Ltd since 2018. Apart from his expertise in the field of supply chain and production, Mustafa brings years of cross-industry commercial experience to Skims Pharmaceutical. A qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS), Mustafa completed his undergraduate degree in Accounting, Audit and Finance from Lancaster University (UK) and practiced in Ernst & Young, London.
Muzammil Dandia
Commercial Director
As the Commercial Director, Muzammil Dandia drives the sales and commercial strategy for Skims Pharmaceutical. Muzammil started his career in a pharmaceutical distribution setup which included both national and multinational pharmaceuticals (Barrett Hodgson, Saffron Pharma, Werrick Pharma amongst others). With over fourteen years in this industry in various sales, marketing and supply chain roles, Muzammil is driving commercial opportunities within Skims Pharmaceutical. In addition to his rich experience, Muzammil also holds an MBA (Supply Chain) from the Institute of Business Management.
Hammad Javed
Technology & Innovation Director
As a Technology & Innovation Director, Hammad Javed envisions the technological needs of the organization. Hammad brings a technical insight at Skims Pharmaceuticals with his knowledge of robotics and hands on machinery experience. Hammad has experience with working on AI based automated machinery and robotics. He has previous experience in design/ assembly and introduction / implementation of AI based automated filling taps and is currently serving as technology director at Gadap Flour Mills. Holding a BSc Mechatronics Engineering from Sabanci University Istanbul, he strives to keeping Skims Pharmaceutical up to date with technology.
